The Service of Solutions
Service Pro’s primary challenge was communicating its robust capabilities. As a powerful tool designed to streamline back-office operations, support field technicians and enhance client satisfaction, the software needed a website that effectively conveyed its value in an easily digestible format.
The goal was to create a modern, innovative and visually captivating design that demonstrated Service Pro’s versatility while building trust and confidence with potential partners and clients—ultimately positioning it as the premier choice for field service management solutions.

Meeting in Milwaukee
To kick things off, our team caravaned up to Milwaukee for an in-person discovery and working session at their Cream City office. We worked together to break down MSI Data’s goals for the new Service Pro website, dove into the platform’s capabilities and began mapping out a fresh structure for the site.
Dynamic Design
Our design team was inspired by retro signage, collage elements and bold color blocking forms when crafting each piece. We also incorporated vivid colors paired with line art illustrations and cut out photography of PP&L’s floral offerings to highlight the bright perennials we were tasked with showcasing.
Paired with the webpage, social media posts and email blasts created to promote the event online, this theme had guests ready to embark on an adventure led by PP&L.

Pulling Out All the Trail Stops
To bring the Retro Road Trip theme to life, we created trail markers, banners and information cards detailing each perennial variety. PP&L also needed a catalog to hand out to potential vendors at the event. This catalog was the perfect opportunity to continue building upon the theme by turning it into a guidebook and passport, similar to the official National Parks Passport.

To inspire discovery and curiosity,
guests were given the the PP&L catalog which was inspired by field guides. This field guide had everything a visitor would need for their roadtrip, including trail map, varietal information and spaces to collect trail stamps. The stamps were such a hit they were turned into physical badges that PP&L staff wore throughout the event.
