When it comes to investing, people tend to get worried. So, when it came to a rebrand, Investment Answers knew their firm needed an identity that better conveyed their unwavering dependability.

These are the pillars on which the founders of Investment Answers, a financial advisory firm, built their company. But in order to put consumers’ worries at ease, the brand needed a refresh that first gained their trust in an industry where anxiety runs rampant.

In order to best convey the knowledge and reliability Investment Answers offers, we knew that their new identity would have to embody the brand’s strong sense of leadership.
We dug deep into the heart of who Investment Answers is to get to the core of their strengths and benefits, and understand why this appeals to their target audience—hardworking Kentuckians, many of whom are reaching retirement age. What we found was a dependable firm with open communication that is steadfast in its accountability and expertise in the investing industry.
To build on this character, we created brand collateral that portrays Investment Answers as a friendly expert, with warm, approachable copy, cool, smart colors and symbols of their protective spirit.
Because the world of investing can get confusing, we also focused on making the complexities of investments, taxes and retirement planning easier to digest. We combined the firm’s love of illustration, storytelling and superheroes to create a series of comic book-inspired infographics.
Turning to their web development, we focused on giving Investment Answers a clean design and well-organized content offerings, from white papers to informational videos to podcasts. With ease of navigation, the ability to schedule meetings online and a comprehensive Knowledge Center, the site is designed with the consumer in mind.
The new website captures the brand’s character, reflecting their honesty, responsibility and expertise.
