If there’s anyone who’s never met a stranger, it’s our Business Development Executive, Andrew. Andrew’s long and winding history with BatesMeron began on the other side of the conference room table, as a client of our agency. An owner of his own real estate company, Andrew had reached out to us for a brand redesign. From the moment we met him, we knew there was a place for him on our staff. Andrew earned his degree in Accounting and Business Administration from DePaul University, beginning his career as a senior tax consultant and state tax supervisor before founding Andrew Lewis Realtors and working as a managing broker. His 10+ years of experience in both real estate sales and business consulting and development let us know he had the expertise and business-savvy to guide us in making important decisions about long-term strategic goals, and his winning personality proved within the first five minutes that he would be a hit at any client meeting. Lucky for us, the feeling was mutual, and Andrew quickly became our right-hand man in landing business deals and building key client relationships. We consistently count on him to locate, develop and close the business relationships that keep the creative team moving on new and exciting projects—and he can count on us to consistently fall for his pranking antics (One of these days, Andrew. One of these days…) Outside of the office, Andrew’s addiction to competitive reality television knows no bounds. In fact, he often “jokes” about auditioning for the singing competition show, The Voice. We’re fairly certain it’s no joke at all.
