When it comes to fostering a outgoing, creative and helpful team environment, we have to admit, BatesMeron is pretty darn good. Yes, our office may be filled with goofballs, know-it-alls and cookie monsters, but at the end of the day, we all really enjoy working together. (And that’s rare.)
So every month as a thank you to our peers for being awesome, the BMSD team gathers around a food-filled table to award a Honeypot winner!
“What’s a Honeypot winner?”
Glad you asked! It’s a special, BatesMeron-only program that allows BMSD team members to give each other “thank you” notes, aka BeesWaxx, in a fun and appreciative way. At the end of the month, the individual with the most BeeWaxx wins a prize…and is basically doted on by his/her coworkers. (Just kidding.)
Our most recent Honeypot award lunch was this week. During the celebration the team read aloud notes of gratitude for extra creative support, brilliant collaboration, general team spirit and more. Lots of laughs were shared and a happy winner was awarded.
